Hey friends, I hope you’re doing well and staying safe. The air has cleared up a bit here in the Bay Area, and I’m looking forward to taking walks outside again. Since the pandemic started, my exercise habits have really fallen off, so my walks have become a lifeline for me in terms of staying active. I really miss going swimming at the gym — not only does it serve as a great all-around exercise, but I also find it incredibly meditative. The minute you go underwater, all the sights and sounds of the world become silenced. The water becomes an escape. For a brief moment, you’re in a world of your own.
